Dear brothers and sisters,
Greetings to you in the name of Our Great God and Savior: JESUS!
You have not read anything from me for six weeks. That was a very long silence. However the silence did not take you out of my mind. In fact it has kept you more alive in my mind, because I know that I should send you updates, and because of my unspoken commitment that I have with you to keep you informed of what is going on at Living Water.
I am also pleased to know that the silence has not kept me or Living Water away from your mind. Thanks so much to those who were able to write to check how things are going. Sorry for the fact that I was not able to keep my promise to write sooner. There were a hoard of events that have worked against me to the point I could not honor my promise to you. Thanks for your understanding.
I am pleased to tell you that we are doing very well, in spite of all the challenges that we have been facing. I am pleased to tell you that I rejoice in the fact that my God is the most powerful God there is. I am pleased to remind you that Our God is not just all powerful, He is also loving, kind and merciful. I am please to tell you that if Satan had his way, I would not be alive today. I am glad that the last say belongs to My God, to Your God.
Thanks to all of you who have prayed for us. We DO NEED your prayers. Pray for our leadership both in Haiti and in the USA as we are about to make some of the biggest decisions in the history of the ministry. Pray for the physical health of all our leaders. Pray for the spiritual health of all of our leaders. Please ask God to supply all our needs according to His bountiful riches. We are pleased to report to you that the schools are doing well and we have more students this year in all of them compared to last year. We are pleased to let you know that all the results in our government tests were very good and praise God for that.
Two weeks ago, we had 11 people who became Princes and Princesses in baptism. School has resumed on a very encouraging note when taking into account the attitude of both parents and students. We are encouraged. The progress on the construction of the church building is slow. Nevertheless we are progressing. Please pray for Jude as he is making big decisions everyday.
May God walk with you each and every day and may He give you peace of mind in the midst of your trials and tribulations and may he calm your storm to HIS glory.
Yours in Christ,
Salonique Adolphe and team
