YAHWEH, HE IS!
Dear brothers and sisters,
Greetings to you in His name!
I want to thank each and every one of you who takes time to pray for Haiti, for my family, my teammates, and for me. We need it more than ever in these days of total uncertainty. What we do not know, HE does. He also knows what to do. For, YAHWEH HE IS!
My son Salgini Marc G. Adolphe graduated from Central Christian College and Moberly Area Community College two weeks ago. I could not be any prouder of him than the way I am. Seriously, I confess that I like to see those yellow cords. I am glad that he worked hard to graduate with honors in both places. Yet, no matter how disciplined Marc is, this would be impossible without his grandma Jan, who is home with the Lord, who did not live to see that day. His realization would also be impossible without the assistance of people like his aunt Mary, Bonnie and John, Paula and Rick Beauchamp, Brian, Jessica, Preston and Dawson Sevits, Jeff and Valerie, and everyone who welcomed him, encouraged him, and provided for his needs. I thank everyone who contributed financially to his studies. May God bless you! Jesus made it all possible! Glory and honor therefore be unto Him forever and ever!
We celebrated our 19th anniversary as a school in a truly Spirit-filled ceremony with the preschoolers stealing the show and with Junior Estevol, the new director of the Sponsorship Program, an alumnus of the school, a bright and wonderful preacher as the main speaker for the event. Also, our technical school held a beautiful graduation ceremony for 47 students on May 15th. It was a heartwarming event. Highland’s school (John and Helen Meyer School) had a wonderful parade of all its 700 plus students, the teachers, parents and community people. It was a very big affair. The school brought life to the villages and the people could not hide their pride of their children and of their school.
We are happy to announce to you that the government has officially granted us the permission to open Institution Mixte Fred Joseph Green (Mixte indicates that we will have both boys and girls in the school). However, we are faced with the challenge to haste the completion of the building of the classrooms. I am asking our supporters to make this dream come true so that we can have a vibrant high quality education school in the community of White Mountain bearing daddy Green’s name. I remind you that we will also launch Caribbean Christian University this fall. We are also about to launch the construction of the Church of Marotte and the opening of the orphanage, all in this crazy 2022 year. What seems to be a crazy idea to launch these demanding institutions in the same year is what the Lord wants us here to do. It is way too much for me and my team, but the One who challenges us with the plan to launch them is YAHWEH! HE will provide by HIS power.
I wish I could tell you that the political situation is better, but it is further and further from being the case and the security is not any better. The multiple efforts of the police can be compared to a mosquito biting an elephant. I ask you therefore to pray for Haiti, for Living Water and the workers of Living Water. When you pray, YAHWEH acts.
Yours and His,
Salonique Adolphe and Team
