Happy New Year!!!

Dear brothers and sisters,

I thank My God for each and every one of you. I thank Him for the fact that you are alive in a very treacherous world, where no one is absolutely safe. I thank Him for your commitment to live for Him and your engagement to be involved in spreading His name all of over the world, particularly in Haiti. I thank Him for being so generous to all of us.

Last month the Lord made it possible for us to have four more ministers of the gospel who are recognized as such by the Haitian government. The ceremony took place in Port-au-Prince with other ministers coming from basically all over the country. In the picture, from left to right, we have Jacky, Edner, Luke and Robinson and the far right is me (Salonique). Now these men can legally performed their ministerial duty all over the land.

The Lord did another wonderful thing at Living Water in the last week prior to the new year. About 7 people surrendered their lives to Christ. Now they are Princes and Princesses in God’s Kingdom. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convince a huge number of people to surrender their lives to Him in this new year.

We praise our God for a wonderful start. On January 2nd, Luckenson Fils-Aime, a former witch doctor, gave his life to Jesus. His wife and children had already done that, but this man resisted for a long time. It took us three hours to clean his voodoo temple. He was in church giving his testimony and sharing with the people that he will never go back to Voodoo again. This man was in church in his youth, but left because the spirits chose him to be a witch doctor. Praise God he is now set free.

We also had many weddings at Living Water during the last weekend of 2015. Christian, one of our musicians and our music leader, and Minouche said yes to each other. May the Lord grant them a happy marriage where they live selflessly.

It is such a wonderful blessing to finally move into the new church building. Worship takes a new level. People demand more worship/praising time and they have had it too. We thank God for the place he provided us to worship Him corporately during the last 12 years. We certainly want to express our gratitude to Him for the new place He has provided us. Praise be to Him! We still have a lot of work to do on the building, especially on the office spaces and classrooms, but it certainly feels great to worship there.

From the bottom of our hearts we thank everyone who made this building possible. May the Lord bless you! May He watch over you! May He grant you the valuable things that money cannot buy.

We wish you all a Happy New Year!

In Christ,

Salonique Adolphe and team
