Thank God for Progress!!!

Dear partners,

Greetings to all of you in the name of Our Lord Jesus!

We have many wonderful reasons to praise the Lord. For example, tonight the Trou-Sable small group celebrates their second anniversary. When brother Arlan Howard from Mount Carmel Christian Church told me that the church will pay so that I could attend the seminar on small groups I was glad to do it. I learned much from it. I was inspired to find the best way to contextualize it here in Haiti.

Our small groups do not look like those is in the States, but they have the same premise. As a result, people grow in the Lord. People accept Christ as Lord. In fact this second anniversary coincides with the birthday of one of the people who came to the Lord in the small group. Thanks be to God for the progress.

The first photo is a testimony that God has made it possible for us to progress this Summer. The Building started earlier this Summer through the generous gift of our brothers and sisters at First Christian Church of Mountain Grove, MO. This building will be used to welcome people from Monday thru Friday at the clinic. When patients arrive they will go into the building to claim their card or number and have devotion before the actual consultation begins.

The second photo shows a number of things, but the most obvious one is the kids are eating at the cafeteria. This is part of their daily routine. This is the first time we have a feeding program during the Summer months. The generosity of our brothers and sisters was needed for that to take place. This offers us the opportunity to teach those young souls daily about Jesus Christ.

The third photo shows the health clinic in the service of people in the community. We did not have this available last Summer. So we are farther than we were before. That is called progress. We thank God for each one of His blessings toward us. We thank you for agreeing to be a blessing to us. I praise God for such wonderful partners.

May God bless you on our behalf.

In Christ,

Salonique and team
